Tracy-Lee found a job she loves

We believe work’s for everyone. This is Tracy-Lee’s story.

“I’ve probably been looking for work for about six years prior for my last job.”

Tracy- Lee was living with a back injury.

“You know when I had my operation then I started looking for work, the rest is history”

atWork Australia gave Tracy-Lee a little extra support while she found work.

“They helped with a petrol voucher, clothing, shoes even a phone.”

In-Work Support helps Tracy-Lee manage her condition.

“We’re going to organise and get some fatigue mats down there to help with her standing on the ground all day.”

What does having a job mean to Tracy-Lee?

“It just gave me my life, so I’m getting a house and if I didn’t have a job I wouldn’t be getting it that’s for sure.”

Tracy-Lee agrees that work’s for everyone.

“I love working. [laughs] I love working so it was important that I did get a job and yeah and I think I’ve got one at the right time so yeah”
