She spoke with a great employer, who was eager to speak with Derek. Derek called the employer the following day and was invited to take a ‘walk through’ of the workplace that same week. Within days, Derek had signed off on his new contract, and was eager to begin!
This new position correlated directly with skills he not only enjoyed, but excelled in. His employer agreed and stated that he is the perfect person for the position.
