Indian Rasooi, an Indian restaurant in Zetland, New South Wales, was looking for reliable candidates to join the team.

Ashish and the team agreed to meet with the client, regardless of their experience. They recognsied the client had a great attitude towards work and was able to do the role.
To Ashish and the team, attitude, reliability and a willingness to work hard as part of a team, meant more than experience.
They also agreed to change the hours of the job, so the client could take a day of rest between shifts.
