Yalagan is an Indigenous Group Training Organisation who focus on career pathways and skill enhancements for Indigenous and underrepresented communities through apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities. Since first partnering with Yalagan, they have offered multiple roles to our Indigenous clients and clients who have recently been incarcerated.
“Opportunities for our clients have included traineeships with BINGO Waste Management, a business administration traineeship and most recently a traineeship in construction,” said Employer Engagement Consultant, Desiree.

Recently an atWork Australia client was offered a full-time permanent role after three months of their traineeship. Helping them to further reach their employment goals.
