‘Accommodating and flexible’ is how atWork Australia’s Employee Engagement team describe Aussie Gardening and Cleaning when it comes to supporting our clients into sustainable work.

Since 2020, Aussie Gardening and Cleaning have partnered with atWork Australia to support more than 50 clients into meaningful work.
Their flexible approach starts right at the recruitment process to support a more diverse workforce.
“They have a great weekly information session that we are able to send our clients to where they can get an idea on how the business runs,” said Jessica.
“It’s a relaxed approach and works great, especially for our Disability Employment Services clients.”
“atWork Australia know our business well. We have had many candidates through them that are now valued members of our team,” said Craig from Aussie Gardening and Cleaning.

While Aussie Gardening and cleaning do everything they can to create sustainable employment.
One client who was unemployed for a year, is now working five days a week, and has been employed since August 2022.
Together the partnership works well in creating a diverse workforce that supports those who need extra help to find meaningful work.
