For many small business owners finding suitable and reliable staff is a real concern. So, when Sanjay, the owner of Eve Late Night Bar could not find suitable Security Guards for his business, he walked into atWork Australia’s Albany office to see how the team could help.

Sanjay was looking for multiple team members, so Darby invited all the clients the team identified to an information session. This was an opportunity for the client to learn more about the roles on offer, and if they’re interested, have an interview at the same time.
In the background, Darby connected with a Registered Training Organisation and arranged for them to come to Albany to deliver the Certificate II in Security Operations for the successful applicants.
The session was a complete success with 5 clients being offered a position and all have already commenced their training.
This has been a great outcome for both the atWork Australia clients and Eve Late Night Bar.
