WorkFocus Australia Awarded Top Job Network Star Rating

Employment Services Provider, WorkFocus Australia, has been awarded the highest rating for performance in the Commonwealth Government’s Job Network Star Ratings.

WorkFocus Australia is one of only a small Job Network members to receive the coveted five-star rating, announced today by Employment Services Minister Mal Brough.

Established in 1989, WorkFocus Australia was awarded its first Job Network contract only ten months ago.

WorkFocus Australia CEO, Mr Rob Gordon, said it was an honour to receive the top Job Network rating, and was a tribute to the Company's proven track record in returning Job Seekers to work.

"The rating is a testament to our staff who have gone to great lengths to achieve outstanding results for our Customers' over the years," Mr Gordon said.

"With over 160 staff, from Vocational Psychologists to Job Placement Consultants, all play a vital role in returning our Job Seekers to the workplace."

Mr Gordon said that WorkFocus Australia’s proven model for assisting injured workers' overcome barriers to return to employment, has now been successfully translated into Job Network.

"Job Network provides flexible and innovative support to ensure that job seekers are equipped with the necessary skills for the workplace," said Mr Gordon.

"And that means we can succeed in putting the right person into the right job."

Mr Gordon concluded that WorkFocus Australia is excited to be involved with the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations in the Job Network, and looks forward to ongoing and increasing involvement in this contract and beyond.
