As a Reverse Marketer, you would enjoy a variety of responsibilities:
- Sourcing employment opportunities for disadvantaged Job Seekers
- Developing an Employer database
- Reverse marketing candidates into sustainable employment
- Building and retaining employer relationships
- Driving employment outcomes
YOU will possess:
- Proven track record in reverse marketing jobseekers into employment, preferably those from disadvantaged groups including long-term unemployed, people with disabilities and indigenous jobseekers
- Proven competency in networking and building business relationships with employers
- Confidence to canvass businesses and seek employment opportunities for people
- Career track record in a target driven environment
- Understanding of disability and health issues impacting on employment
- Advanced MS Office skills. Exposure to EA3000 (desirable)
