Sarah is a young job seeker on a Disability Support Pension, who has a physical impairment and a restricted work capacity of 15 hours per week. Sarah’s passion was working with animals which can be a difficult area to find employment in. Nevertheless, an atWork Reverse Marketer began looking for opportunities and managed to gain an interview with a local veterinary practice.
After a positive interview (in which the employer was educated regarding Sarah’s disability) she was offered a position. Sarah has successfully worked at the Veterinary clinic for more than 6 months and during that time has learned about pet grooming as well as assisting the Vet in his duties.
